Hydraulic Breaker (also called Hydraulic Hammer) is a type of construction machinery that is mounted on excavators, backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, and stationary plants. Driven by hydraulic power it breaks rocks into smaller sizes or demolishes concrete structures into manageable pieces.

		The Hydraulic Breaker Cylinder assembly is the heart of the breaker body. It is mainly composed of Control Valve, piston , seal	
		retainer and In/out nipple.The raw materials are made of high-quality forged steel.Cylinder Block and piston are cryogenically	
		treated after heat treatment, which greatly improves the strength and wear resistance of cylinder block and piston,and reduces	
		the probability of strain.the use of new machining equipment and advanced processing technology to ensure the quality of parts.	
		Cylinder block grinding adopts CNC vertical grinding machine to ensure the coaxiality of the cylinder block and reduce the	
		probability of strain during the working process.

3. The cylinder body is tested by three coordinates, and the main engine is assembled after all are qualified. After the assembly

 is completed, carry out the impact test, and strictly check whether it is qualified, and then leave the factory.
