Hydraulic Breaker (also called Hydraulic Hammer) is a type of construction machinery that is mounted on excavators, backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, and stationary plants. Driven by hydraulic power it breaks rocks into smaller sizes or demolishes concrete structures into manageable pieces.

The Control Valve is the heart of the breaker hydraulic system. It is installed in the valve housing and controls piston reciprocation. The hydraulic oil is supplied to hammer through this valve. When upward stroke takes place, the pressure in the Back Head is released by the control valve and through the outlet. Then the high pressure in the lower chamber pushes the piston upwards.
